As a THANK YOU to our loyal customers we've created the Customer Loyalty Program. When a customer reaches a certain amount in purchases (referred to as the Purchase Threshold)  he/she is entitled to additional discounts on future purchases. 

Here's how it works:

$500.00 in purchases = 10% discount all future purchases
$1,000.00 in purchases = 15% discount on all future purchases
$2,500.00 or more in purchases = 20% discount on all future purchases


If a customer refers a friend or family member, 5% of their purchases are added to the customer's total. (i.e: a family member purchases $100.00 in merchandise, you will receive a $5.00 credit towards your purchase threshold). *Important Note: Resellers, Dropship and Wholesale Accounts are not eligible for this program. Certain rules and restrictions apply.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Do I have to purchase $500.00 at one time to receive this discount? No, once your purchase threshold (excluding shipping fees) reaches or exceed $500.00 you will receive a 10% discount on all future purchases.

2. How will I know when I've reached a purchase threshold? Once you reach a threshold you will receive an email for us with your discount code to apply to all future purchases?

3. How can I find out how much I've purchases so far? Simply log into your account and add up all your purchases or send us an email inquiry.

4. How can I find out how much has been added to my account from referrals? We send monthly reports with purchase thresholds to all customers. Once your account reaches a threshold you will receive an email with your discount codes to apply to all future purchases.

5. Are certain items excluded from the discount? Yes, the discount only applies to hairbows and hairclips. Hairbow Holders, Apparel and Hairbows, Accessories, Gift Certificates, Gift Wrapping and Hair Bow Specials do not apply.

6. Can I allow someone else to use my discount? No, anyone found giving their discount code to others will have their discount priviledges terminated immediately.

7. What happens if someone uses the discount code but is not eligible for it? Those purchases will be cancelled and their money will be credited back to their account.
