- What size bows do you offer?
We offer 2 inch, 3 inch and 4 inch bows. We recommend 2 inch bows for infants, 3 inch bows for toddlers and 4 inch bows for girls.
If you little one has pigtails we recommend the 2 inch infant bows.
- Do you offer discounts to repeat customers?
Yes, please review our Customer Loyalty Program to find out more. The programs offer loyal customers a 10% to 20% discount. To learn more about the program, click on the "Customer Loyalty Program" link in the upper left side of this page.
- How long does it take to process orders?
All bow orders or combination of bows, ribbon, clothing and party favors are processed within 10 - 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are received on Monday's. Large orders of 15 or more bows will take an additional 5 -10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.
- Do you offer discounts or cash back to customers who refer friends and family to your website?
Yes, any customer who refers a friend or family member to our website can receive 5% cash back on each purchase made by their friends or family members. To learn about the program, click on the "The Referral Program" link on the upper left side of this page.
- Are your bows heated sealed to prevent fraying?
Yes, all our bows are heat sealed to prevent fraying.
- I'm interested in purchasing your bows at wholesale to sell but I don't have a Business Tax ID#. Can I still purchase your bows at a discounted price?
Yes you can. We have an exciting program called The Reseller Program which allows anyone to purchase our bows at a discounted price. A business license is not required to join. To learn about the program, click on the "The Reseller Program" link in the upper left side of this page.
- Do you offer refunds or accept exchanges?
No, all sales are final.
- What if an item is on backorder or out of stock?
If an item you order becomes out of stock or on backorder you will be issued a refund for that item.
- I'm a retailer interested in purchasing your bows at wholesale prices. How can I find out more information?
Just click on the wholesale link. This link will provide you with information on how to set up a wholesale account as well as how to set up a Buy Now, Pay Later account.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept visa, mastercard, american express, discover and electronic check through Paypal.
- What type of hardware do you offer?
We offer alligator clips, french barrettes, snap clips and plastic barrettes. The size of the hardware varies based on the size of the bow selected.
