Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What if my friend or famiy member forgets to enter my referral code? Simply email us the Order ID# and Customer's Name within 7 calendar days of their purchase and we will credit your account. Any request made after 7 calendar days will not be accepted.

2. When will I receive my check? Once your account meets or exceeds $25.00 we will issue you a check. Checks are issued weekly and mailed to the address we have on file.

3. What should I do if I lose my check? If you lose your check, please contact us immediately. You will be charged a $25.00 cancel check fee (this is what the bank charges to cancel a check).

4. I referred someone before signing up for this program, can I receive credit for those referrals? You will only receive credit for referrals made after you signed up for this program.
