All bow orders or combination of bows, ribbon, clothing and party favors are processed within 10 -15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are received on Monday's. Large orders of 15 or more bows and monogrammed hair bows will take an additional 5 business days to process. Please keep in mind that all sales are final due to the nature of the product we're selling. Since all bows are custom made we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
All hair bow supplies and clothing orders ship within 2 - 4 days (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are received on Monday's. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the next business day.
We offer first class shipping which takes 3 -6 days to arrive after we process your order. We also offer priority shipping which takes 2 -3 days to arrive after we process your order.
